Launch Monitors That Work With E6 Connect: What TruGolf Actually Says
TruGolf says E6 is compatible with 19 launch monitors, then names 14 of them. One of the names is a Raspberry Pi you build yourself.
E6 is the other simulator software home builders shortlist, and the compatibility question decides the purchase the same way it does with GSPro. TruGolf answers it on its own E6 page, though less completely than GSPro does. We read that page on August 3, 2026 and mapped every device it names against our catalog.
What E6 by TruGolf costs before you buy any hardware
TruGolf lists three annual tiers on its E6 by TruGolf page. Play is $300 a year for the course library and standard course play. Improve is $150 a year for the game improvement suite, meaning bag mapping, club fitting, skills challenges, and practice tools. Enjoy is $450 a year and is the two of them together, which is exactly $300 plus $150, so there is no bundle discount to hunt for.
For scale: GSPro is $250 a year on one tier. E6's course-play tier costs $50 more, and getting E6's practice tools alongside it costs $200 more again. Whichever you pick, it stacks on top of whatever subscription your launch monitor charges on its own account.
E6 Connect is a different product, and it has its own price list
Those three tiers are not the price of E6 Connect. They are the price of E6 by TruGolf, which is a separate platform, and TruGolf says so on the same page the tiers are printed on: "E6 Connect is TruGolf's previous-generation platform, still widely used at commercial facilities and supported through the E6 Connect Commercial Suite." It follows that with the part that decides the budget: "E6 Connect subscriptions are sold separately and offer additional commercial licensing options." Read on August 13, 2026.
TruGolf's E6 Connect page prints the separate figures in a single sentence: "E6 CONNECT Subscriptions are $300 and $600 Annually." The same page splits them by name. Basic covers "Standard Courses + Annual Rotating Content". Expanded "gives users access to all courses in the E6 CONNECT Library - excluding Premium Content", the excluded content being Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill and Oakmont, which the page names and does not price. So the top of E6 Connect costs $150 a year more than the top of the platform that replaced it, and $350 more than GSPro. If you have been quoted $450 as the worst case for E6, that was the worst case for the wrong one of the two.
Two things soften it, and TruGolf states both. A Standard License is "Included with all TruGolf Simulator Purchases", so a buyer of TruGolf's own hardware is not starting from zero. And "Most users do not need to purchase a license in order to Subscribe", meaning the licence and the subscription are separate charges and most people only meet the second one. What TruGolf does not publish on either page is how long anything included with the hardware runs, which is the number that decides year two.
The devices TruGolf names
One sentence on TruGolf's E6 by TruGolf page carries the whole list: E6 is compatible with 19 launch monitor devices, including the TruGolf APOGEE, TruGolf LaunchBox, FlightScope, Garmin R10, Garmin R50, Rapsodo, Ditect, VTrack, Square Golf, PiTrac, Impact Vision, GolfJoy, KGolf, and Bullseye Golf. Note whose list that is. It sits on the current platform's page, not on E6 Connect's, so it is evidence about E6 by TruGolf compatibility and we are not going to extend it to the older product on TruGolf's behalf.

Read that third column before you spend anything. Six of the fourteen entries are brand names, not devices. GSPro publishes model numbers, so you can check your exact unit against its list. E6's sentence tells a GolfJoy owner that GolfJoy works, which is not the same as telling them their GolfJoy works.
Five devices are supported and unnamed
TruGolf says 19 and names 14. We are not going to guess at the other five, and neither should any page that claims to list them. If your device is not in the sentence above, the honest answer is that TruGolf has not published one either way, and the only reliable next step is asking TruGolf directly before the money moves.
The E6 Connect site does not publish a device list at all
E6 Connect's own site handles compatibility as a wall of partner logos under a Compatible Devices heading, with no enumerated list of devices or models. Its FAQ offers this instead: E6 CONNECT has been integrated with every leading launch monitor in the industry. That is a claim, not a list, and it is the sort of sentence that has never once resolved an argument about whether a specific box talks to specific software.
SkyTrak sits very differently here than on GSPro's list
SkyTrak is the unit GSPro does not support and openly says so. On E6 the position reverses. SkyTrak's own indoor simulator guide states compatibility with E6 Connect, GSPro, and TGC 2019.
Note what that means if you are cross-shopping. SkyTrak claims GSPro, GSPro's official list does not include SkyTrak, and each company is describing its own side of the same connection. E6 is the half of that sentence nobody disputes. Our GSPro guide covers the other half in detail.
There is a Raspberry Pi on a commercial vendor's compatibility list
PiTrac is an open-source DIY launch monitor built from Raspberry Pi boards and global shutter cameras, and its makers put the parts cost at roughly $250. It is not sold as a product, which is why it is not in this archive. It is also, per TruGolf, one of 19 devices E6 works with, sharing a sentence with a $7,995 overhead camera system.
That is worth sitting with. The gap between the cheapest and most expensive route into the same software is now a soldering iron on one end and five figures on the other.

These are the entries TruGolf names as specific devices rather than brands, so there is no ambiguity about which model is covered. Prices are what our catalog last verified, and the E6 subscription sits on top of all of them.
Common questions, answered directly
Does E6 Connect work with SkyTrak?
Yes, per SkyTrak. Its own simulator guide names E6 Connect first among the software it works with. This is the clearest difference between E6 and GSPro for a SkyTrak owner.
How much does E6 cost per year?
Ask which E6 first, because there are two price lists. E6 by TruGolf, the current platform, is $150 for Improve, $300 for Play, $450 for Enjoy, which is both. E6 Connect, the previous-generation platform, is $300 for Basic and $600 for Expanded. Add whichever one you land on to your launch monitor's own subscription, not instead of it.
Is E6 Connect the same thing as E6 by TruGolf?
No. TruGolf calls E6 Connect its previous-generation platform and sells its subscriptions separately. This page treated the two names as one product until August 13, 2026. They have different tier names, different prices, and a $150 gap at the top.
Is my exact model supported if my brand is on the list?
Unknown. TruGolf names six brands without naming models, so brand presence is not model confirmation. Ask before buying.
What is the cheapest device TruGolf names by model?
The Garmin R10. PiTrac is cheaper in parts at roughly $250, but you build it yourself and nobody sells you one.
A correction to this page
This page is titled "Launch Monitors That Work With E6 Connect", and from August 3 to August 13, 2026 it answered the cost question with E6 by TruGolf's three tiers, which are the prices of the other platform. Anyone who came here to budget E6 Connect left with $450 as the ceiling. The real ceiling on that product is $600. We had read one of TruGolf's two pricing pages and written as though it covered both.
The compatibility half of the page is unchanged and was always sourced to the page it came from. What changed is that we now say out loud which platform that device list belongs to.
The bottom line
E6 costs more than GSPro and publishes less, and before you can price it at all you have to work out which E6 you are buying. Two platforms, five tiers, $150 to $600 a year. Then the compatibility sentence: fourteen names, six of them brands, five devices unaccounted for, and a second official page that lists no devices at all. If your unit is named by model in that sentence, you are fine. Anything else is a phone call before a purchase, not after.
